Because unlike other paradox pokemon it's limited to event raids only. Many people haven't catch this pokemon yet, especially after Christmas.
If you missed this event you will have two missed dex entries between Terapagos and the new DLC peach pokemon for a long time until they rerun the event raid.

I know it. The issue is when the peach pokemon's quest come out in January it will be number 243 in the dex. If you haven't catch either paradox pokemon in this time-limited raid you'll be looking at empty dex entries between 240 and 243.
It also sucks because these paradoxs are part of trios. If you have no lucks or missed these raids you're stuck with incomplete paradox trios.

Kingambit raids are even harder and I refuse to raise one myself because of it's nonsense evolution method that literally no one would figure out without looking it up. I WILL catch one of those overpowered fucks in a raid.

If raid is too hard you can just catch Kingambit in the wild without bother to raise it. I recall one tera wild kingambit in a cave in Kitakami's Timeless Woods, the one with sleeping Snorlax.

Use a Kingambit, it resists literally everything this faggot does except Megahorn. Do Swords Dance three times, less if it starts boosting itself, and then hack away with Kowtow Cleave.
Hold Shell Bell to recover HP as you do damage.
You will only lose if you're with a party of retards, which does happen.
