I love Cosmog but it’s absolutely useless. What are the chances of them giving it hidden power or secret power in the future? Even if I have to wait like 20 years IDC I just really want them to give it an attacking move.

Basically useless because no boosting moves (not counting z-splash), but it fits how Nebby would sometimes charge to do minor damage like snapping the rope bridge.
Have cosmoem learn cosmic power upon evolving to be the space version of harden/ give stored power some utility.

Wrong, v3.0 let Cosmog be transferrred into SV. Solgaleo and Lunala are also catchable natively in SV as of the Indigo Disk. Unown is not in SV at all, it cannot be transferred in, and won't be because Hidden Power was dexcut to make room for Terastallization and Tera Blast.
