Legends proved Pokémon doesn’t have to look good to be fun. Everyone who played this ate it up despite the game looking like shit. Gen 9 looks good but suffers a bit performance wise (it’s still fun though according to the majority). The first Pokémon game that looked like shit but everyone hyped up and still do to this day is the original Gen 3 games. People regard Gen 3 as the best Gen despite it looking like shit for the time. I truly believe graphics don’t matter in Pokémon so long as the games are fun. Like sure let’s improve the graphics but at the end of the day they don’t really make or break a Pokémon game.
