I think he has at least 2 more gens to shit out. As for who would take over, I'm guessing they would pick the Legends guy. But man I fear the worst for gen 10, the art style could get even more unrecognisable, they have to learn a more powerful hardware, and they're wasting resources on project bloom. It's not going to be pretty.
