>basculegion/Drednaw for a physical swift swim presenceBarraskewda is strictly better than both as a Swift Swim abuser, especially since Male Basc never got Poltergeist to make up for Last Respects being banned in Singles and Female's offensive stats are thoroughly mediocre without Adaptability to shore them up.
>Kingdra for insane coverageIt seems a bit TOO Rain dependent to get stuff done though, remember that you'll be competing against Sun and the occasional Sand, so it's a bad idea to have a Pokemon that doesn't offer much outside of it in this meta, especially when it's a mon that gets outsped and threatened heavily by plenty of Top meta threats outside of Rain, even disregarding the ones that just threaten an outright OHKO like Iron Valiant, Enamorous, and Dragapult. I think it can work if you play around it carefully, but just play it a bit safe when using it.
>VaporoeonEhhhhhhhhhhh, it doesn't bring much even in the Rain. You should probably be eyeing a mon that brings utility mon that also breaks away from the common weaknesses of the team, like Clef or Great Tusk
>maybe ThundurusZapdos is similar but ultimately way better in this context. It dropped to UU but it's still plenty good in this meta.
