tera also boosts stab moves anyways so your triple axel does even MORE damage than if you just swapped types with protean
some sets also use overgrow ability instead with tera grass flowertrick to bypass wally threats
as for primarina there is also this singles primarina set that uses torrent instead of liquid voice
