I find it kinda hard to describe in concrete terms what makes this gen look so weird compared to the others, but there's definitely some weird thematic consistency of very bloated features and various body parts that don't quite have an objective definition or function. It looks like a kindergartener drafted most of these mons. Everything looks oddly segmented, with chimeric appendages being slapped on top of a water balloon.

Just what the fuck are the things on Terrakion's head? His horns? His eyebrows? This doesn't even look like a legendary. It looks like someone's pug with some antlers slapped on
