I like Pikachu too, they're smaller, easier to manage, can ride on your shoulder, and quickly jump up and over to inconvenient places. I thought I was on Team Raichu until your post. Raichu can't even climb up a tree. Why would I permanently take away my Pikachu's youth for it to become a larger fatter mouse with an inconvenient longer tail and less mobility? So it can miss Focus Blast? I wouldn't put a stone on a high energy puppy to instantly transform it into a full size dog with problems, and now I don't want to put a stone on a Pikachu to turn it into a full size less agile Raichu.
