I didn't like her at first, but all the extra interactions in BB Academy made me warm up to her. Really, that's become true of most of the bosses in SV. I thought all of the gym leaders aside from Larry, Iono, and Ryme were totally forgettable (and I didn't even like the last two). But although I can't say I love them all or anything, they've left a better impression on me.
