Burgundy was a miserable cunt. She didn't really have an identity beyond her little hatecrush on Cilan, and completely remade her image to be a wannabe rival to him. It wasn't very convincing.
Bianca was entertaining. She somehow managed to stay a fairly decent trainer despite her ADHD, and later episodes would just have her get off on her muscle fetish, to everyone else's bewilderment.
Georgia was good because she had an identity beyond just being an ass to Iris (who deserved it anyway). But she also has a good design on top of that.
I'm pretty sure Georgia was used as a basis for Millefeui in XY, who was also excellent.
