I really liked the idea of side content that takes into account different pokemon's attributes. I enjoyed how different stages of Pokémon had things they were better at, and Game Freak should try and find ways to make first and middle stages have their own value

Rewards are necessary to motivation
Besides, it didn't take MUCH grinding
Same goes for Voltrob flip, relatively quick if you are only going for a couple of things
