>>55183724>Kieran felt weak and alone, and he desired to become stronger, desired power, in order to become fulfilled. Why is this a problem? I'm not talking about how they exaggerated it in The Indigo Disk, I mean at the beginning, or even before the start of the story, what is wrong with this? It's not his fault that he was isolated, so he at least wanted to be strong for himself. I don't see how those are supposed to be dark motivations.
>This desire is part of why Ogrepon chose not to be partners with him.As far as I can tell Ogerpon's decision to go with the player is just random. Where was this communicated? How does Ogerpon know this? What are the other reasons? And how does that even make sense considering the reason he's like that is because he's being isolated to begin with?
>MC convinced him to finally snap out of his self doubtImmediately after Kieran talks himself down again but this time they praise him for having magically let go of his (justified) anger. Then he apologizes to the player, when if anything it should be the other way around.
