I thought Pokemon stats were tied to their level. How do you raise the levels of all the Pokemon, but somehow leave the stats unchanged, by ACCIDENT?

Why are you here? For most of us who play normally, hard mode is actually harder due to better team composition, more team members for type specialists, better move composition, better ai, more held items, etc.

every single one of these become meaningless when the game overlevels you

simply giving the pokemon EVs (which newer pokemon games do) would have made the game harder than all that shit

you can literally play it and run the calcs yourself to see that the stats aren't calculated correctly.
