She was the infiltrator with a biker helmet first seen as far as Chapter 2 of the arc, and her personality is ice cold and extremely dangerous, a far cry from Juliana's personality.
And then there's Prince Violet Lang, a foreign prince who already bonded with Miraidon and has a Poryphone for a butler (facial hair combo included). His drive in life is to drive around every road possible with Miraidon's help, and does involve Herba Mystica to achieve that dream.
