How do we get the item for his event? Once we get it do we have to beat the BB dlc? Can you only get the item If you beat the BB dlc? I haven’t played in a while but I want to get this fucker as my living dex is up to date

The item from this event is being released in a few days as part of an Epilogue. Yeah you need to have completed both DLCs to do it.

The item will get sent out on the 11th. Hopefully it's some kind of permanent addition instead of a two-week long Mystery Gift since it's framed as a story epilogue (and you can't get all the BB coaches without completing it).

You need to finish the DLC as well as the Team Star tutoring side quest before the Pecharunt quest will activate, even if you have the item.
