problem is they have so much coverage they don't need fire moves to murder the grass starter, i don't think the grass starter gets good moves against firemons either (you don't get bulldoze until afterwards)

Honestly, if it weren't for the fact thread clearly wants to move onto Reminiscea, I maybe could've bashed my head against it for 100 attempts or so, but between that, the fact that pretty much everything needs to go perfectly, the fact the strats I was looking up were showing off clearly bullshit methods, just made me stop caring

There's things you can do. HA Oblivicorn for instance CAN kill Black Death in one turn, it gets Defiant. Dunseraph or Tubareel CAN kill the Inflagetah. You CAN use things like Spikes to break the Archilles' sash.

But honestly, I can't be assed to learn the fight or all the tricks, and I'd rather just not do it if I copy one person's strategy 1:1

I honestly can't tell which game was worse, this game or Madame Moto
Some things were done better (significantly faster paced and attached to a shorter game, hidden items were not as bullshit), some were done worse (huge lack of Pokemon diversity which meant for every fight you're just bringing 1-2 Pokemon that you need for your victory, being attached to a much worse game)

There were some clever things, such as the water gym using a sun team, and I do appreciate the attempt at adhering to a difficulty curve unlike MM/Ashen Frost which just leapt all over the place in terms of difficulty especially lategame
But at the end of the day it is a kaizo hack, the point of these mods/hacks is to just endlessly frustrate you and be not very fun with very little feeling of reward other than the relief you feel when you don't have to bash your head on an obstacle again (which some idiots like Moto mistake for actual quality). Difficulty by stretching Pokemon battle strategies so thin that they can be made or broken by tiny bits of RNG, so you have to retry them over and over doing the exact same things until you get the RNG you need is just not fun man. I would love for one of these dipshit mod makers to play a game that is hard and features heavy RNG to maybe hopefully understand why it works for those games and not for Pokemon.

Overall, probably give it a 2/10, maybe even a 1/10 since it just apparently stopped working for White Man altogether

Making a kaizomod of a game with such a limited dex really hurts the game, for both the enemy teams and the player's teams.
It really feels like you have to bring certain mons on certain gyms, and there's not much room for deviation on it, unlike MM.
And the regular trainers end up running the same shit. There are multiple sections of the game where you will fight ~5 or so trainers, and at least 3 of them will share one mon, down to the set.

Difficulty itself was annoying as fuck, too. It is not fun nor challenging when you throw yet another bulky as fuck Roost/Recovermon, and it is not fun when you get so easily fucked over by RNG when having to make a halfway consistent strat for bosses.

Overall, just don't play this shit. I'll give it a 3/10, because at the end of the day, kaizoshit aside, Uranium was made a lot more bearable to play because of this mod thanks to the qol features, even if Demice is a fucking retard at basically everything else.
