And yes, Rock Head would be a good ability for it

In general though, Accelerock would go to a few more Pokemon (within reason, the move has nothing to do with rocks, it's just a high-speed tackle, the only thing making it Rock type is the Pokemon using it

>Rhyhorn line (rhinos are known for charging)
>Golem (Kantonian, Golem rolls around)
>Rampardos
>Terrakion
>Minior (shooting star)
>Hisuian Arcanine

Considering how offensively desirable is Rock-type coverage and how STAB Accelrock from 165 ATK would hurt a lot?
I... Guess? Define good. It would not be a permanent mainstay of OU or VGC but it would be a valid meta pick in any form of single format at times when Pokemon with low defense and/or weakness to rock would be popular.
