Rock/Fire and Rock/Ice are only good offensively, defensively both types are genuinely so terrible that using them is like shooting yourself in the foot multiple times with a 50 cal, neither of these Pokemon look speedy, which practically kills them on arrival even harder. Unless gamefreak magically decides to fix Rock and Ice someday, I don't ever see these two being even remotely good. The designs are fine, though if that sloth is meant to be a megatherium, it's pretty disappointing and I'd argue Grass/Rock would make far more sense for a giant ground sloth Pokemon. I think the best possible case scenario for an Ice/Rock fossil would be something like an icy smilodon with plenty of speed and high attack.
