For as ugly as this fucker looks, I really want to try him at some point in a longer fangame, Archaludon seems really fun. Also alarmed Pokemon are becoming a pain in the ass, I keep coming across stupid stuff like alarmed Quaquaval, which do absurd amounts of damage but barely take any in return, some of these alarmed Pokemon are so bulky that they can eat a super-effective Bolt Beak from my Dracozolt.

Where to start with Reminiscencia, it's a really good game, has a few flaws that should be noted, but I can't really fault the game too much for them, it's obviously inspired by the Mystery Dungeon, it's even tied to an MD hack, but I genuinely believe it's a much better take on the rougelike genre than MD, the story is pretty okay, the characters are all pretty enjoyable, though as has been said many times it's a very short story and you really don't get much time to enjoy the journey with them, the gameplay is generally pretty solid, though it has flaws as alluded earlier, it feels like the game's mechanics were intended for a longer lasting game, many features tied to currency are very expensive unless you grind a lot and even then you still come up short in money, this isn't helped by your limited carry weight, evolving Pokemon is very painful, many require 30 Heart Scales to be evolved into their final forms, which is incredibly expensive, the dungeon encounters often feel rather pointless past the early game, many of the boss mons don't give you that much in the way of rewards despite being fairly hard, when you reach a point you'd be able to reasonable take them down, they stop showing in dungeon encounters unless you backtrack, which is fairly annoying, for my last complaint it would be "alarmed" Pokemon, it's an incredibly obnoxious condition that makes Pokemon take considerably less damage than normal, later in the game and especially during the final boss, this becomes incredibly painful and obnoxious. Despite my few gripes, I can't recommend this game enough, it's just a fun time and it encourages replay value, overall +A, would highly recommend, Elena and the Realidea crew make some really good games, I am very stoked for the Platinum remake they're making.

trying out pokemon project revival, up to the third badge and it plays really well and the plot is weird and kinda dialogue heavy. high quality of life, no hms, amulet coin after getting your starter, fishing rod and exp all after first badge, high pokemon variety in routes, chads like aron and larvitar available pretty early. my only issue with it is there might be some crashing issues related to following pokemon, but it's only happened twice and you can turn it off and it hasn't crashed since. could be a good vp plays game

I wouldn't say the plot is nonsensical but it's definitely autistic, as far as I know it could be empyrean levels but it still plays very good and I see nothing like GP or Cards or platinum pokemon anywhere.
