its easier to hunt them in GO than any of the games up to gen 6

The game is good enough that I would pay a monthly sub to unlock the full game. But I would expect that to be $7-15/m and means I could raid as much as I want.

$3 a day for 4 raids is $90 a month to still have limited play time

the spooks went MiA for quite some time as my routers (5G) have failed repeatedly this month

i recommend making a spook account or two
really helps take the edge off in game
trades, regionals, gifts, more shiny chances etc

TPC will ask for more money to use the license and Niantic will argue back but they'll probably keep it going at least one more cycle. Dumping everything into home is probably more than their servers can handle, hence the transfer energy. Clothes and accessories being removed would be too much of a pain to program so they just won't do it. We'll probably see more of same for at least another 3 years.

Congratulations, anon. You've made the most important realization regarding this game - that every carrot on the stick (stardust, exp, candies, other resources and even high poke levels) is completely and absolutely worthless.
You don't need to do anything. Why catch another 2000 Chinchou or Yungoos, unless you're desperate for a shiny? This is Hanke's hamster's wheel.
Consider what you want out of the game and disregard everything else. Don't do tasks and events because they exist, do them if you're actually interested in their rewards. The fuck do you need a lucky egg and 1000 dust for?
