Mamoswine is obtainable before the national dex, I just breeded Swinubs, evolved it into a Piloswine, have the move tutor teach it ancient power, level it up one more time, and boom! Mamoswine. Yeah yeah I know, the Johto remakes are pretty fuckin sweet for that.
