My pitch for improving Arven:
Replace Mabosstiff with Cyclizar. This would show the similarities and differences between your ride and the modern day version of it. It would also tie into his parent’s connection to the cover legendary.
Give him the base versions of the Paradox Pokémon. This would make his fight a preview of the fight with his parent, and contrast the differences between regular and Paradox Pokémon.
I feel like the half assed cooking theme he had was lame and poorly executed. Mabosstiff is also a forgettable character and doesn’t seem to have any reason to be on his team.
