I don't think people really realize how much of a fucking disaster Paldea would have been if they hadn't beaten the AI Professor. As far as we know the only Paradoxmon to get out of Area Zero was the titan we fought in the desert. Judging by how hard it is to tame or even catch them (in universe, I know it's the same to us), can you imagine the havoc they'd wreck? They'd probably destroy cities and murder swathes of local species. Paldea would either become hell or abandoned almost completely.
