ehhh more like don't really see the point of it. If you want to make pokemon harder you already have pvp via VGC or Showdown. I don't really get why they created an entire romhack revolving around being a difficulty hack.
The part that makes me sad is that as a result of this game and its explosion of popularity recent romhacks are mostly just different flavors of difficulty hacks. I liked romhacks more than fangames but it feels like the genre is caught in a spiral of death.
