Like these two. I think these are actually fantastic designs (the only serious change I'd make is removing the darker fur from the fighting type's rump), but the fact that they were created by an artist with relatively limited technical abilities at drawing holds them back. I have had people tell me the fighting type looks too much like an Eevee that was left rooting around in the garbage for an extended period, though...
The steel type I'd argue is immaculate, though. Modeling the steel Eevee after an RC dog with a little bit of cyborg flare (and that looks incredibly happy to see you) is simply the way to go compared to "Eevee in armour" or "Eevee with sharp industrial pieces jutting out so you can't cuddle it".
