>>55270095It's an issue of scale. It's like putting Meganium next to something like Tsareena and saying, "these are both feminine." Well, maybe, but not really, and certainly not in the same way or to the same degree. The two designs are so dissimilar, you end up confusing the point. One's a dinosaur with somewhat cute features, the other's basically a woman in a lychee costume.
I don't think Meganium or Serperior are anthropomorphic enough to make a convincing case that they're feminine, unless we're using a very broad idea of femininity (softness, cuteness, etc.). On the other hand, you can very easily make the case for the mermaid seal with long hair, long eyelashes, frills, and jewelry.
