Volkner is the only gen 4 gym leader to get a new outfit in Masters so far, even with DeNa doing alts of less popular characters, they still haven't touched the other gym leaders yet, Byron isn't even a fucking npc yet. Sinnoh's gym leaders are performing the worse out of the other batches in Masters. Shocked they haven't done Gardenia or Candice yet when it comes to alts for more niche characters
