there's universal healthcare at the very least for animals, but there is still large companies and a clear distinction between the wealth of characters, like how the random rich boy trainers give you a shit ton of money. so probably just a standard neolib society but i could see an argument for a social democracy.

free healthcare, there's some kind of governing force usually given that there's regularly actual cop trainer classes that aren't just like, mall security, otherwise seems pretty similar to a kid's idealized view of the current capitalist structure
