A game with the catching mechanics of PLA, an explorable world like Skyrim and Fallout, with the sense of adventure and never knowing what's around the corner, and then with building small camps and homes wherever in the world you like (a la 76). And then Palworld, aside from memeing it just doesn't seem that good, but some aspects, like fire/electric types lighting up the way, water types watering crops and plants, grass types planting seeds or harvesting wood, electric types powering generators, campfires, riding YOUR pokemon, and so many other littke actual soulful details that make these Pokémon feel like friends. And for the love of god stop making me play as a 10 year old. Why can students at the school in SV be any age, but the player cannot? Even if it's generic young/adult/old, or a height slider, whatever. Just actual custom characters so I can roleplay as me, not some kid. I can build a little campsite in a cave, have a Pokémon collect kindling for a minute (grass types getting a bonus), then use a fire type to light the fire, cook some crops grown by the water type at the main camp, just some cosy adventures.
