My love for Pokemon is not a chore, I do not love it despite its shortcomings, I genuinely love it for what it is. Even if the characters aren't deep as other RPGs, Nemona, Arven, Penny, Kieran, Hop, Bede, and more are still endearing and entertaining characters to me. Even if the battle system isn't as deep or difficult as other RPGs, I still enjoy the amount of customization, strategy, and options that the Pokemon battle system brings in terms of moves and abilities
I don't feel threatened or anything by competitors like Palworld, I genuinely just love Pokemon, and nothing can take that away from me.
