Half-assed, basically plagiarised designs with arguably stolen, kitbashed assets. A "Nintendo, hire this man" art direction where Pokemon't designs are placed next to realistic humans and environments. Ark gameplay. Guns. FUCKING GUNS. I know some of you asked for more mature stories in Pokémon, but you SERIOUSLY want to pick up guns in a Pokémon game all of a sudden?
You don't care about Pokémon designs. You don't care about characters, stories, music, locations, or the sense of adventure. You haven't for a long time. You know what your actual issue is?

You don't want to be called manbabies for playing Pokémon, which for better or worse, has remained relatively the same and hasn't made huge strides to have the best graphics imaginable at 60 FPS like all the "big boy" games. Game Freak does a LOT of bad practices, but everything I love about Pokémon is still there. It's literally just PC master race level hang-ups where people ignore the artistic elements of the games. So you lash out, you go play "big boy" games to feel mature. That's what Palworld is: a more "mature" game with guns and death and bullshit that isn't even connected with a good art direction.
