Some explanations:
Cosmog is really cute, but would be one tier lower if it wasn't for Nebby.
Ultra Necrozma is a cool design but is mainly so high because the boss fight against it was kino as fuck.
Mega Lati@s isn't a terrible design on its own, if it was what Mega Latios looked like and Mega Latias had a different design, then I would be fine with it. But instead it's an absolutely disgusting lazy copy paste mega.
Calyrex has a bad design and would be in dislike based on design alone, but he was a fun character in the DLC.
Celebi, Jirachi, the Lake Trio, Munna and Espurr would probably all be one tier lower if it wasn't for them being cool characters in Mystery Dungeon.
For the DLC Pokemon: Munkidori goes in Like and Iron Leaves, Boulder and Crown go in Dislike for literally just being the same designs, but robots.
