>>55301199I actually do think Pikachu wins as well, But just saying "pikachu beat Latios" isn't enough. Pikachu has numerous options to make this fight a breeze. Tailmon probably has more physical strength considering she managed to drop some of the chosen's digimon in Vamdemon's castle but Pikachu's mobility should make it quicker. Not to mention if tailmon's ring falls off it's an auto win for pikachu.
