The BST of all starter pokemon should be, as follows
>Base: 255
>Middle: 345
>Fully Evolved: 435
By significantly nerfing starter pokemon, not only would this encourage players to box them and become boxchads, but it'd also create a stronger variety in ingame teams by discouraging the use of starter pokemon after they start being outclassed by other pokemon
As compensation for the BST nerf, starter pokemon should evolve a little earlier than usual. Level 12 and Level 24 seems reasonable enough
