Tbh, 8 is not very good either and the bad designs are really boring, but good gen 8 designs like corviknight, grimm,torch, haterenne and eiscue are better than most good gen 4 designs to me.

Worst is 8 and 9. Those starters alone are just soooo bad.

Best is 2 or 3, 2 has a lot of weak ones but a lot of strong additions that stand out to me.

Same opinion, gen 7 is near perfect.
