I do understand why it happens, though. Some people will just get pushier if told no. I used to play vidya with a woman who had a guy straight-up stalk her, even after she repeatedly told him to fuck off, and threatened to get law enforcement involved if he kept trying to contact her. I'm upset that guys like that poison the well for those that are genuinely well-meaning, but socially retarded.
