When I was a kid growing up in the late 90s, you'd be called a copycat and look like a total loser, yet now people don't give a shit about original opinions, they just bandwagon. Social media, twitter in particular was a mistake, should have stopped at messenger services and forums.
Also, I understand this past week has been catnip for the doomers, but you dipshits need a serious reality check. The games bring new Pokémon, new regions, new characters. All 3 of which generate profit via merchandise, anime, manga, etc. TPC built the brand to be too big to fail with all these revenue streams, compared to Palworld's nothing.

He's not even hiding the fact that he's just trying to make a quick buck off of people, yet normies buy into it because it makes Pokémon look bad. If the NFT thing takes off, normies will prove that they're bigger suckers than we will ever be. I'm talking about here specifically, btw. Out of all enclaves of Pokémon fans, we are the most critical, we pirate the most, we've contributed to the state of the franchise less than any others.
Have no illusions, the games will still come out, the only caveat is that if they don't make as much money because of normie spite, they'll have smaller budgets, so they'll get worse. It will be the normies' fault, like it has always been. Or, they could invest more into making better games, but we all know that's not going to happen.
