Is it just me or does it feel like there some Pokemon that look like they belong in different Egg Groups

But I was so sure that Skeledirge would be in the Monster/Dragon egg group when I first saw it but turns out it's only in the Field egg group


Not only that but it also bothers me immensely that Decidueye is only in the Flying egg group and not in the Grass one
