>>55375963I mean, sure, but our Pecha had a rather peculiar upbringing so it's not really wise to assume they'd all behave similarly. Even if the species is naturally greedy for something, by (likely inadvertently) mochi'ing his parents, they conditioned him to see love as material; If I give them what they want, they'll appreciate me. His greed takes a very unconventional form because it makes him give rather than take. Chaining the Loyal Three follows this same logic, he granted their wishes of strength/wisdom/beauty for their unconditional loyalty. We know that he's canonically Timid (he's nature locked like the Agias and Ogerpon) and prefers to stand back and have his lackeys/mochi puppets do stuff in his stead, generally avoiding direct confrontation unless cornered (as seen in the lore vid and mochi mayhem). It's entirely possible that some other Pecharunt would be nothing like the one in SV, either by craving for something like power rather than love, or being more proactive due to a different nature and taking matters into its own hands, or if it chains different Pokemon it might not even give them the nicety of granting their wishes first. Basically all we know of the Pokemon comes from one individual.
