Trade evos are bad no matter what gen. Gen 5 does not get a pass because other gens have this problem.
Dragons and legendaries are not really the problem, I meant that the issue is the number of dragons and legendaries. In my subjective opinion, I believe that the dragon type, much like its mythological origin, should be rare. To some degree this would be true for Unova, but I would argue that there are simply too many. The same goes for legendaries. I would have most of them removed and replaced with common mons that add variety. Again, this is subjective and if you disagree I simply don't care.
