I’d give it Wind Rider as a new ability, Brave Bird, Wood Hammer, and Horn Leech to play into its high HP pool. Probably some new status moves too but I’m not hip enough to know what’s good.

Something like that maybe to make it usable in Tailwind. Wind Rider would make it immune to some of its worst threats, namely Icy Wind and Heat Wave. Feel free to adjust this, I’m not very good at stating out Pokémon
