-Barring trade shenanigans, Brendan wouldn't have a Charizard. He would be using a Pokemon native to the Hoenn region instead.
-Even if he did have a Charizard, Brendan wouldn't misidentify it as a dragon Pokemon, when there are plentiful actual Dragon-types in his home region.
-The Dragonborn's attack on Charizard is inconsistent with how the game mechanics of Skyrim work. He would not be able to perform the Unrelenting Force shout mid-sword swing, and even if he did, either the Charizard would be blown back, causing the Dragonborn to miss his sword swing, or the Charizard's head and body would be blown in two separate directions by the Shout after the Dragonborn decapitated it, rather than holding in place for the sake of the splash panel.
Sorry for the rant. Bad comics like this just get my Gogoat.
