thankfully they mostly use a lot of fire mons, with only a couple grass mons, so as long as you deal with the grass mons, this isn't too bad
the bigger issue is getting misty to cooperate, she should ideally survive through at least one of them going down. also, they don't share a team so you can just focus on one but again misty needs to actually help you

the ace is also bullshit fast and strong and bulky (like apparently everything in this damn game) but is easy enough to take out 2v1

I dunno where, but I found a Metronome at some point, so I used Metronome Bite to fuck up 3-4/8 pokemon, alongside Brick Break Aquad to immediately break screens

Well I figured out how to get debug working in empire, simply just delete out the comment in scene_intro that prevents debug = true, and it works perfectly fine, no shortcut shit needed and I can just upload the scripts file to catbox.

Honestly, given how easy it is due to having all the PBS files on standby, one thing I can do is just mod out all the retarded type matchup changes and then maybe also edit maps to teleport you past certain obnoxious puzzles or make sections like farm hell or school hell less tedious to complete
Obviously, unfucking Pokemon types and moves would be a lot more work and I wouldn't touch that, but I guess that's part of Empire's 'fun' haha....

To be fair, Psychic being strong against Poison always felt super arbitrary past it being a metaphor, but Psychic being strong against Electric? What? What the actual fuck?
I unironically enjoy doing all the stuff around farm hell, so I don't mind that, but Toliman is a complete and utter joke of a puzzle shitfest that feels so unintuitive and shitty even with a guide that I genuinely believe there's no excuse for it, I might need the debug teleporter for that, heavily depends if they changed the shit puzzle or not, I'll give it an honest try first at least.

but yeah, what i'll do is just change the type matchups and compile it, that'll take like 2 minutes and then i think if i share that data file you get the same thing? rg can maybe confirm

here's a list of what i'll probably do (assuming none of this got added or changed)
>delete all payment from every pokecenter
>add a teleporter during tree hell and regirock hell sections
>increase the value of the farm hell tasks for completion, and also add an npc that can just set it to complete if you want to just move on
>delete all instakill/damaging tiles in toliman (actually remove all shitty forced death unless it's kind of funny like the youngster joey shit)
>add a teleporter for the two puzzlefaggotry sections in toliman
>add an npc to insta-complete the retarded ghost quest in the city
>delete all the npcs in the stealthshit sections
>add teleporters for the dumbass puzzles in chapter 9 thread never got to
it sounds like a lot, but it's not really that much work. you could actually do most of this yourself with debug effectively, but this would save time

Honestly I don't like using debug to begin with, it's one of the reasons I mostly avoid doing custom runs, it kinda kills the enjoyment of things when you can just cheat your way through the game, but games like Rejuvenation and Empire make so many bad decisions regarding items and Pokemon sometimes that it genuinely just baffles me to no end, speaking of which, can we technically use debug to get over the bullshit evolution requirements? Like us being able to spawn in the evolution items of certain Pokemon like Tyranitar and Metagross when they reached the point of the game they should naturally be able to evolve in? I'm fine with it not being the case, but it still makes me furious that Octavius thought it was a good idea to ruin several Pokemon due to this.
I'll download the data just in case to avoid the inevitable headaches we will no doubt have, I really hope Octavius changed school hell, it's by far the most shitty and arbitrary section in the game and the rewards for it feel pointless outside of the evolutionary stone Octavius arbitrarily locked to this place to force you to do at least some of the quests.

I loaded the save for my previous Empire run which was around Toliman, already noticed some changes, for one, Toliman is infinitely laggier now due to some particle effects around the map, the "lighting" around the place is still super broken and the game has plenty of changed dialogue in areas in seems, some npcs has far shorter texts regarding stuff that's happening in the area and certain npcs are mentioning characters that weren't a thing before, very interesting.

I guess the point I was trying to make was if Moto had stopped at Amber, MM would've been alright for the most part, if retarded at points, but all kaizomods are retarded desu
I think the biggest thing MM has going for it is that it's based off of rejuv, which has field effects, crests, and shit like that, which makes that kaizomod feel very different from Urmumium it's just really unfortunate that the game is really fucking long

This game on the other hand, feels more like a Urmumium clone rather than it's own thing, not helped by the heavy handed references, the dive spot autism and general mega stone autism
Also not helped by MM being based off a polished, if not good game to play, while this and Urmumium's base games really show their age with the lack of modern qol and how unfun the game is in general to play, even without all the kaizoshit though I haven't played the base SLLD admittedly, I doubt it's too much fun desu

The ice tranny was honestly one of the worst fucking fights I've fought in any fangame to date, the bullshit super buffed hail gimmick, the busted Delta Treevenant, a Mamoswine that for some reason was eating Life Orb boosted Grass Knots from my Delphox and somehow outspeeding said Delphox if it wasn't timid nature, I'm pretty sure it didn't have Assault Vest either, that stupid fucking Cryogonal that didn't take any damage and dealt a trillion in return.
