How would you determine whether to use her or Red in the PWT? Based on the player's gender in White 2? How do you know that player didn't start with Gen 1 and never played the remake, thus having no idea who the girl PC is? Would you then make another split for Sun and Moon also based on the current chosen PC?
It's just too much trouble to have this variance for a character they clearly want to have established as more than a player avatar, and clearly why they haven't brought back any of the other player avatars since.
