Zeraora last gen, though you technically couldn't catch the raid one itself, required fighting it to receive so it was effectively the same thing. That's the only way it's ever been available and the only the second time for Zeraora period.

The main game gen 8 legendaries were all given as mystery gifts from Gamestop redemption codes.
