You can play all these games on emulator and transfer them over via Pkhex up to a USUM save file and then transfer them up to Home via Bank on a hacked 3ds.

Basically all you need is a PC and a 3DS so stop complaining.

Ribbons were always meant to be personal keep sakes for your bros, not vanity tokens you MUST collect.

Just get the ribbons you can and carry your bro to the next game to get more. Picking an arbitrary pokemon because it is from X game and can get Y number of ribbons is gay.
