The first is an unrealistic expected team that is mostly rare or difficult to get, while the one you posted is an afterwards one that is the stock of starter, the two usual guys, HM specialist, popular giftmon. Garchomp is the only consistent one because popularity means people will bother going to Wayward Cave.
