The Sport Ball, an obscure Johto-only Pokeball had it's description updated to specify that it's from the Johto region for the first time in 20 years. Why would they do this?
The Rainbow Wing and Silver Wing were also renamed to be called the Rainbow Feather and Silver Feather. Lots of Johto related stuff has been tidied up in SV. Similar stuff happened before ORAS afaik.
Are these hints that we're getting not an experimental Johto game but a traditional remake (whether ILCA, Let's Go or standard?). NGL I wanted a Legends game, not a modern Johto game.
This is not even getting into the other subtle hints like the Cabo Poco theme being strikingly similar to New Bark Town, Kitakamis similarities to Johto, Johto crossgen evos
