More like why aren't them all legendaries? Paradox pokemon are the real equivalent to criptids recorded in the most famous occult book written in the last centuries, so yeah Koraidon and Miraidon should be more important since they are literally in the cover, but how are the others not legendary? How can I catch the literal equivalent to the Bigfoot or the Chupacabra and they aren't considered legendary creatures?
