Not entirely sure about my team, except for Krookodile which is a guarantee since it’s my favorite Unova mon. I don’t love Simipour, but honestly most of Unova’s Water options suck so if I have one at all, it might as well be the one I get in the beginning.

I mean, technically Boldore had a higher Defense, but Gigalith would have worthwhile boosts to SpDef and HP, not to mention its Attack/SpAttack boosts. If Gigalith felt weaker, it was just because it was later in the game when everything else is getting stronger.
